Do you charge by square footage?
Yes.  For Commercial Property Inspections ONLY

Do you charge more for homes with crawl spaces?
yes .  Our price is $39 any type of typical structure.  It also includes computer generated color photos with descriptions.

New Construction...................$285 add $25 to every 500 sqft. New homes Should have a termite inspection. Every new home will have burried wood, wood chips, cardboard, and other items left behind from construction companies. This will eventually moisten and bring termites closer to your new home.
Pre-List Inspectin...................$275 with a $50 return &  FREE weblisting
Move-In Certification..............$240 with a $64 return &  FREE weblisting
Septic Inspectin.....................$245 does not include spotting, and uncovering the lid.
Lagoon Inspection.................$145 with inspection   $180 without an inspection
Water 100+ water analyzing $265 by testing 100 contaminates by an Independant Lab

Environmental Solution Services:
Thermal Infrared Imaging......$0.25 sqft with an inspection  $0.38 sqft without an inspection
Blower Door testing...............$265 first hour $68 the following. This is a minimum 2 hour process. Larger homes over 1,400 sqft can add about an extra hour.
Energy Auditing provided with both service NO Charge

Condos / Town homes   2 bdrm is $265.00   3 bdrm is  $285.00
